Who are We?

Project BIRTH — The acronym “BIRTH” in our name stands for Bringing, Identity and Relief to Homes. Founded in 2001 by Rev. Labieno Palmeira, we are an evangelical and philanthropic organization dedicated to serving the spiritual and material needs of some of “the least among us” throughout the world. We exist to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to address the needs of the peoples we serve in the areas of nutrition, agriculture, health and education. Our missionaries and workers are presently operating in Mozambique, Africa, India and Brazil.

When you have an intention, you must recognize that this and any intention can only be realized if God wants it! No one has the strength or ability to bring an intention to fruition! Intent is 100% a matter of grace! Intention pushes one towards grace and grace embodies intention!

Who Supports Us

For the development of its challenges, Project BIRTH needs partners that are maintainers and cooperators: evangelical churches, philanthropic organizations, individuals and companies. Project Birth still obtains resources through its publications and materials. You can still be part of a cause that will affect lives not only through financial resources but also through your skills.

Our impact

Train, Equip and Educate/Disciple English/Portuguese-speaking people in the project’s areas of action, so that they effectively reach their own people or groups. The knowledge and activities of each of the five areas are interconnected, generating clear possibilities for the development of projects and actions that provide the integral restoration of the human being through biblical principles.
